At Muneeba Wardrobe, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made outfits. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our return and exchange policies are as follows:
Custom Orders
Custom bridal, party wear, and casual outfits are made to your specifications. As such:
- Returns are not accepted for fully custom-stitched garments unless there is a defect or error from our side.
- Minor adjustments or alterations can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If your outfit is damaged or has a defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- We will arrange repair, replacement, or alteration at no extra cost.
- Photographs of the defect or damage may be required for verification.
Exchange Policy
- For standard outfits or ready-to-wear items, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges, unless the error is on our part.
