At Muneeba Wardrobe, every single outfit is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and high-grade materials. Because of the bespoke and personalized nature of custom bridal couture, luxury party wear, and stitched garments, our return, alteration, and exchange protocols are structured as follows:
1. Custom Orders & Tailored Garments
Custom bridal dresses, formal gowns, and tailored outfits are handmade specifically according to your precise design preferences and individual body measurements. Because of this:
- Direct refunds or complete returns are not accepted for fully custom-stitched garments unless there is an unresolvable production error or structural defect originating from our studio.
- Minor fit adjustments or alterations can be requested within 7 days of package delivery to ensure your outfit sits flawlessly.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We perform strict quality control audits before dispatching any order. However, if an error occurs:
- If your delivered outfit arrives damaged, flawed, or deviates significantly from your confirmed order specifications, you must notify our studio within 48 hours of receipt.
- Clear photographs or video evidence of the issue must be provided to our team for verification purposes.
- Upon validation, we will arrange for structural repairs, garment replacement, or studio alterations at zero extra cost to you.
3. Ready-To-Wear & Standard Collection Exchanges
For standard-sized outfits, ready-to-wear pieces, or non-customized product lines:
- Exchanges are happily accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be entirely unused, unwashed, unaltered, free from any perfume or cosmetic marks, and retain all original product tags intact.
- Clients are responsible for covering return courier shipping costs, unless the exchange is necessitated by an error on our part.
