Because our luxury studio specializes in bespoke fashion and precise custom tailoring, specific financial and structural guidelines apply:

• Clients are solely responsible for providing precise, verified personal contact details and accurate body measurements.
• Production on any custom order or bridal gown commences only after payments are processed in full or structured according to pre-arranged studio terms.
• We accept secure financial transactions via authorized online banking gateways and verified direct bank transfers.

2. Custom Design Specifications

Every single garment is individually engineered to match your requested style parameters:

• Once formal production has started on a custom order, alterations to core design configurations, silhouettes, or measurements cannot be accommodated.
• Muneeba Wardrobe reserves the absolute right to decline or cancel orders if requested material sourcing or design requirements fall outside our operational scope.

3. Delivery Timelines & Logistics

While we maintain strict dedication to scheduled dispatch dates:

• Delivery windows provided are estimates and can occasionally be influenced by seasonal production demands or third-party courier variables.
• Clients must ensure that valid physical shipping addresses and working contact numbers are submitted at checkout.

4. Returns, Alterations & Refunds

All policies regarding garment adjustments, defects, and exchanges are governed strictly under our official Return & Exchange Policy:

• Refunds or returns are restricted to validated structural defects or studio errors reported within the stipulated 48-hour timeframe.
• Approved refunds are processed through verified financial channels within 7 to 10 business days following inspection.

5. Limitation of Liability

Muneeba Wardrobe is exempt from financial liability for losses, unexpected transit delays, or physical damages resulting from third-party courier handling or incorrect client-submitted data.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital content, product photographs, brand logos, graphics, and custom gown designs displayed across this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Muneeba Wardrobe. Unauthorized duplication, commercial reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
