We provide secure nationwide shipping across all major cities, towns, and regions in Pakistan:
- Local pickups and direct regional services across Topi and District Swabi.
- Major metropolitan hubs including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, and Quetta.
- For remote or rural towns, delivery windows may extend slightly depending on regional courier access routes.
2. Estimated Production & Shipping Timelines
Because our garments involve precision custom sizing and detailed handcrafting, fulfillment schedules are categorized by product type:
- Custom Bridal & Walima Gowns: Typically require 3 to 5 weeks from the final confirmation of your design specifications and measurements.
- Luxury Party Wear & Formal Outfits: Usually span 1 to 3 weeks following measurement and order validation.
- Casual & Everyday House Wear: Generally dispatched within 7 to 10 working days.
Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may experience minor adjustments during peak wedding seasons or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Thresholds
We strive to maintain transparent and economical pricing for all our clients:
- Complimentary Shipping: Standard nationwide delivery is completely free for all orders valued above Rs. 35,000.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below Rs. 35,000, a nominal standard shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Express Requests: Expedited or urgent overnight shipping services can be arranged upon request, subject to extra logistics charges.
4. Courier Handling & Live Tracking
All items are carefully wrapped in protective, moisture-resistant packaging to preserve fabric integrity. Once your order has been dispatched from our studio in Swabi, we will share your consignment tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor its journey live.
